We will give a 10 minute presentation to the Planning Group and attending members of the community, followed by a Q&A session. The Planning Group's support is crucial for our proposed right-of-way vacation request, which allows us to fully optimize the project for all our stakeholders, including:Â
Creating 15 off-street parking spaces
Reducing paper and plastic waste, increasing pay rates for our team members, and creating new community space
Maximizing job creation
Change can be scary...we do expect to encounter some resistance and it's important that we educate about the project and show the depth of support for the project from the community.
